Had a fun hunt with my old college roommate, called his in right after first light:



We got an another group right after we got his bird back to the truck, but it didn't pan out. Early afternoon I was glassing from a ridge line and spotted two strutting toms with hens. I quickly got in the bottom and was able to use the terrain to get within 30 yards of them. Laying prone, I eased into position and luckily a Tom came into view. Great fun..
