MT archery elk- Grizzly areas to avoid

People getting mauled inside their tents is incredibly rare. The only encounter I can remember hearing about was the one outside of Cooke City a few years back.

Of course, people getting mauled at all is incredibly rare. When you consider the number of day users vs. tent campers, the numbers are probably not too far off.
 
A guy at work has the nickname peppercock. His spray holster broke, so he stuck it in his pocket, then got on a horse. You can figure out the rest.

Did he get attacked by a bear though?
