MT antelope 322

I drew a MT unit 322 Antelope tag and am looking for opinions from those who have hunted there before.
Driving up from Denver, is giving it 3-4 days enough time to sort through new country? Not an option to spend an entire week, so just looking for a real perspective of what to expect. Thanks all!

It is a big unit so you won’t see everything even if you drive around all day for 4 days, but I wouldn’t worry about that. Many of the pronghorn in the unit are migratory and any early winter weather can get them moving out of the higher country as soon as opening weekend. It’s pretty easy to find where the densities are highest on public lands because you’ll likely run into quite a few other tag holders in those areas. If you want less completion, I’d recommend investing some time in the rougher terrain or roadless areas.

I would take longer just to enjoy the unit. You won’t find much neater country.
