The Black Duck decoy is "way out of place" in the Beaver Ponds of the Eastern Washington Sagebrush Steppe Beaver Ponds but the ducks didn't seem to mind.

Nice Photo Steve, thanks for sharing. Black duck, mallard, wood duck,pintail, picking between species is overrated, especially to greenheads.
