My son Travis is 15, he will be 16 this September. I swear there is not a more dangerous animal that a Teenage Boy! Last month he was first in Junior Varsity Baseball and Third in Varsity, what happens..ball hit straight into his thumb, broke! Last night he and his friends were playing football in my shop and one slapped hard into his hand to get the ball, finger next to the just healed thumb, broke. I can't wait until this kid starts driving, do they make Rubber Cars? So, after raising three girls, Travis is a fast train to the E.R.!
But to make things even the boy that broke his finger is the one that he used his four wheeler to get to hold a pair of handlebars tied to a rope thrown over a tall oak limb, the boy said go and Travo pulled him Up and Over the Limb....he landed with a compound fracture! They came up to the house at a fast pace and when I saw thoses two bones sticking out of his wrist....ugh!
So, can ya'll think of a more dangerous animal than a teenage boy? Dr. John
