Evansville, Indiana-AP -- An federal judge in Evansville, Indiana, has ruled that cocaine found hidden in a toddler's diaper can be used as evidence against the baby's father.

Walter Martin's attorney hoped to have the cocaine and a small amount of marijuana seized during a traffic stop last summer declared inadmissible.

The cocaine was discovered when the baby needed to be changed after being moved from Martin's rental car to a police cruiser.

Martin and his wife are each charged with cocaine possession.
MY OPINION: If he'd been in Kentucky they'd have found an entire meth lab in the diaper. ;)

I didn't know those in IN did the high class drugs? ;) I'd like to see him try to snort that!!! :D
