The Nez Perce treaty rights are very broad. Their usual and accustomed (AU) extends from the Blue Mountains of Washington/Oregon to the Yellowstone. They routinely shoot a number of large bull elk in the Blue Mountains during the state archery seasons. They have also shot some bighorn sheep in the northern reaches of Hells Canyon.
