Montana pref/bonus points

I know I can wade through the regs and probably half way figure this out but can you purchase pref/bonus points in Montana similar to Wyoming? I have never hunted Montana but am considering a few hunts and wondering how the system works in relation to points.

With all the Montanians here I figured I could get a good laymen's answer rather than try and decyfer the Fish & Game website.

No, you have to buy a license and can submit for a refund if you don't draw or opt for "bonus point only". You can just buy one outright after the fact like WY offers.

Elk and deer have a two tier draw and bonus points for each.

I think all MT points "square" similar to NV.
