Montana Bull

Montana Opener bull shot at around 3:30 in the middle of the day. He was with about 5 cows and was scraping a tree. An intense hunt!!!
Sorry quality is bad since i had to take the picture off a broken phone with a phone lol..if that makes sense

Congrats. Looks like a clearcut in some real craphole in nw mt. 15 tons per acre of slash left on the ground for you to walk through for the next 20 years. LOL.

ya they logged that area all summer and the whole ground was trashed with dead limbs, i was getting mad and was headed back to the truck and luck has it this small herd was standing in these birch trees rubbing them...even the cow elk where scraping the trees.Suprised to even see elk since we were out for whitetail bucks.shot about 1 mile from the truck
