Honestly archery during the rut can be pretty good. I enjoy it more than the pressured pronghorn of rifle. I’d probably do 700 for rifle though.

Ya Archery is your best bet if you want to go this year.

R7 (007-20 rifle) would be your best bet . By last years stats it was 26% draw with 1 bonus point

The odds favor 900 if you really want to chase MT lopers this fall. In my opinion, 900 is a no-brain'r, if you are looking for a "FUN" adventure and will be hunting publicly accessible lands.

Not sure I’d waste a point on the 900 tag that u can draw with 0 . I’d go with rifle first , get lay of the land then go with the 900 archery tag next time
