Drew this permit for either sex. Was planning an archery hunt but due to changes at work I can't get away in Sept.

I have hunted unit 410 for many years during archery season and have driven around 412 and thought it would be a fun to give it a try. However, I have never been there during Oct. Or Nov. Is it still possible to get into a few elk on public after the start of rifle season?

I’ve been in 412 some . I’m not sure if I hunted 410 that I’d ever apply for 412 ? Small amount of public and it gets hunted hard and gets pounded with atv trails . And hiking trails . Getting a bull on public will be tough . Doable but tough
