Sorry to hear about the loss. A friend of mine will be there at the funeral today as he knows the husband and has shoot trap with him as well. A very sad thing indeed. Again, so sorry.

Kurt,Hope everything went as well as possible up at Froid....those pics are killer!! I took the boys out looking for big ones but their patience wore thin so we decided to just shoot a few small ones for the freezer.........laffin!!

Funeral was a rough one, but nice and very big turnout. I think they packed around 1000 into the Froid HS gym. Pretty much sums up what kind of lady she was.

I was at a small gathering afterwards, most of them were hunters, and the topic of long-range shots at big game came up. I told the story of a recent bear hunt. Few minutes later, the subject of trap shooting came up and an older guy from Helena talked about some great shooter that got a 499/500 somewhere.. said your name and I said, "Hey that's the same guy that shot the bear I just told you about." Guy said he knows you pretty well, Willie. Small world.

Kurt, Likewise on the boys little get together...wish they could have hung out a little longer.

I've lived in this part of the state the last 17 years and I'll tell you one thing I know, the people that grew up here and live here are the finest that you will ever find....and it always shows during tough times. That family will pull together and the community will rally around them...

Willie Price....what a character!! Great guy and always entertaining.....that 499 was the marathon shoot at the Billings Trap Club a few years back. I can still see that perfectly un-broken target gliding away......
