Hey fellas, wife and I are starting the process of looking for a reputable modular,NOT manufactured, home builder. Any of you have one? I know some of the drawbacks on Modulars can be that you can get cracks/screw pops etc. occuring during the move. Also have herd that the doors can settle and get tight. Anyway, looking to see if any of you know of some good options on companies that will build and deliver to ND. I've been looking quite a bit at Wardcraft out of Nebraska and Colorado. Any insider info is appreciated!
