I have them, mid - and really like them. More comfortable then my tennis shoes. Great traction, waterproof and great on the feet.

My buddy wears Zephyr Mids for early season mountain stuff and he loves them. I like more support(Lowa Tibet) even if it means my feet roast in really warm weather.

Have worn the hi zephyrs for a week. Good tread, light, and fairly decent ankle support to weight ratio. Felt broke in when I put em on.
