Looking for Ideas - Idaho Elk - Looking for Info on best places to put in for elk in Idaho otc tags

I have never hunted elk in Idaho. Ideas for productive areas in Idaho where there is a decent chance for success. I am a fairly experienced hunter and have gotten friends on elk several times. I have never taken one myself. I have decided to try out of state. Any information is so very welcome. Thank you all in advance.

Idaho Fish and Game has excellent resources on their website, from unit specific harvest stats to draw odds. It’s all right there for you. You can even export it and sort it how you like.
