Okay, there have been several recent threads calling out different companies for supporting different organizations. (even though on some it was unclear if they were even supporting them or not).

Where is the outrage for some of these companies donating to BGF? Sitka, Kenetrek, Savage, Browning, Nosler, Hoyt?

I'm really surprised at the list. Some folks may start calling for boycotts of these brands.

Not the boycotting type, but I will make some phone calls/emails to a few of those companies that I have made purchases from. Disappointed to see a couple of the Montana based companies on that list.

I'm pissed that so many companies are still supporting them especially ones that I own and use. I'll be sure to tell them what I think but the fact I own that stuff won't change especially since I can't afford to all out replace it.

Yeah, I'm still not sure what the deal with BGF is. Something about screwing up the wolf delisting, then proclaiming themselves the lords of wolf hunting. Also something about getting paid by Utah taxpayers and using the money for undisclosed nefarious purposes. I read an old thread here on HT that talked some about Peay and BGF getting paid by the state of Utah, but could anyone point us less-in-the-know folks toward a full picture of their BS? I know what BHA, TRCP, and RMEF are all about, and am a member of each, but who the hell are these guys and what do they mean for the average public land hunter? Thanks in advance.

Since the beloved Sitka and Kenetrek are on the list, I doubt we'll hear much squealing.
Just a quick glance...I own gear from at least 4 companies on the list.

I've been boycotting most of these companies for years out of financial necessity.

Hopefully Sitka's donation to BGF doesn't count toward their 2% for Conservation.

I have gear from a couple of the companies...own a browning bps 28 gauge shotgun, a couple Winchester rifles, and bought a hardly used yeti cooler from my Dads neighbor.

I've also done a fair job of boycotting most on the list...and don't really see myself changing that much.

May write a couple "wtf emails"...

I own stuff from many of those companies donating, and I'm friends with one of the outfitters donating a hunt.

Who would "boycott" a large non-profit conservation group that locks down large private ranches (Eastern Montana) for their muckity mucks to hunt on?

The only thing I own from any companies on this list is a Hoyt bow. In my defense, I won it. With the seemingly negative opinion of BGF on this site and others, surprised to see some of these companies.

You guys are gonna have to "boycott" all of them, make all your own shoes, pants, jackets, bows, guns, backpacks, bullets, etc..
