There aren't squirrels close to where I live, but I've been meaning to do that for a long time .............. and crawdads ... and rabbit ... and etc.

I agree but I promised to make a pot of gumbo for the folks at work. I combine that with some andoulli sausage made from wild hog. Beats the hell out of a store bought vegetable platter
