I don't have one, but I'm considering getting the lifetime CSTAMP/small game/bird/fishing license next year. It pays for itself in 11 years. I plan on hunting and fishing Wyoming a lot longer than that. I'll definitely buy them for my kids when they reach license-buying age.

I bought a lifetime conservation stamp when they were $75.00 as well, but now I have a free lifetime small game/bird and fishing. I'm officially a geezer.
