Less Than 2 Months to Go!

I'm leaving for my first elk hunt on September 8th, I've been going through my gear, shooting my bow every day, hiking around the mountains where I live, scouting as best I can through google earth...but the time still seems to be passing slowly...anyone else as excited as I am to get out there this fall?

Yeah I'm right there with you! Only thing is, my elk hunt is a late season rifle hunt in November, so I've got even longer to wait!

8andcounting...we are headed to the Pioneer Zone in Idaho...a long drive from the mountains of North Carolina!

antlerpursuit...I do a lot of bass fishing...that's all thats keeping me sane through these hot and humid summer months haha!

Hunting season for me will begin August 15th in Wyoming chasing pronghorn with the bow in 90 degree heat. It can't get here soon enough!
