Leftover WY pronghorn tags

When do these usually become available? I don't think I will be able to apply for first choice because my boss has 19 years on an elk tag in the black Hills and won't know if he draws until end of May I believe. So if he doesn't draw I can leave in October, otherwise he's going to be gone for the month lol

I believe the lists of what tags remain are posted sometime towards the middle to end of June. They used to go on sale first come first serve during the beginning of July. Starting this year there will be a second lottery for the remaining tags. Application for these tags will be June 22 - July 6 with the drawing results July 13th.
