I have a question about how the leftover tags work from the Resident draw?
Do leftover tags after 3rd choice has been exhausted in the Resident Random Draw go to Non Residents random pool? I was updating my odds sheets and noticed quite a few discrepancies in the Antelope draw odds for leftover tags vs what the leftover list shows.
Any help with understanding this is appreciated.
