Ketchikan Recommendations?

My family, brother, and I are here for the next week and are visiting cousins who run a marina. We have a salmon trip chartered and a few other plans made but I'm curious if HTers familiar with Ketchikan have recommendations for guys or for family stuff.

Either way I can't wait to fish and hang with family.

I have lived here for 4 years. If your looking for a nicer restraunt to bring the family annebells is proboly one of the better ones for the price and quality of food. There's also a couple of good burger joints around town that are pretty good. There is also a ton of good hiking trails of varying difficulty I don't know if you have any young kids with you or not.

I guess I missed the ferry! I'll check out the hiking trails as my nephew wants to do deer mountain in town. We're up at Knudson cove.

Thanks for the heads up on the restaurant. We also saw a brown bear off port Stewart.
