Kansas deer apps due 4/29

Just a reminder to all non residents wishing to deer hunt whitetail or mule deer (bucks) in Kansas, your application is due in under a month. Deadline is 4/29.

(The "bucks" in parenthesis necessary as whitetail does can be OTC for non residents).
