Kansas Fish and Game Commission Bans Trail Cameras on Public Land

The Kansas Department of Wildlife & Parks voted unanimously to implement a year-round, public-land ban on trail camera use.

It’s a good thing. Glad Kansas wildlife and parks had the balls to do it. Whether the naysayers want to believe it or not right now, it will have a positive impact on hunting public/walk in hunting ground in the state.

None of the WMAs I hunt here allow anything to be left (trail cams/stands). I can take you on a walk and show you plenty tho, hopefully they enforce it

I have a feeling it’ll be more in-forced by hunters this year. What is someone going to do call the game warden say someone stole my camera that I had illegally put up. Lol.
