I am also new to the form. I have javalina tags for southern NM zones 19, 23, 24, 25, 26 and 27. I am not very familiar with Southern NM, can anyone point me to some good areas to start for my hunt in February?

I have hunted there a few times. I've seen pics near cookes peak just north of Deming and some coworkers got some near the Florida's. Good luck!
