Indiana: New Deer Biologist and Mammologist

I hadn't realized that Chad Stewart moved on to Michigan in late 2014. Does any one know much about Joe Caudell (Deer Biologist) and Taylor Rasmussen (Mammologist) other than the short bios in the recent IDNR press release? I've met Joe a few times. He's been involved with the feral swine removal effort for the last few years. Nice, intelligent guy, I think he'll do well.
