Caribou Gear Tarp

Idaho's biggest bulls here

There are lots of great bulls killed in highly roaded country in MT, WY, AZ, etc. but a vast majority are in limited draw units.

Its BS that only elk found in the backcountry are big, but there has to be some circumstances that allows them to get old in units with lots of access.

Some people draw good tags and kill big bulls, some guys hunt remote with general tags and kill big bulls, but both groups take nice elk. Some guys draw good tags and shoot dinks, some guys hunt remote and shoot dinks. Who gives a shit?

All of AZ is roaded, but limited permits make it possible to find a toad within rifle range of towns, highways, and roads. Same with the breaks in MT, etc. etc. etc.

Bottom line is if bulls are allowed to reach 10+ years of age, no matter where they're found, you'll have a trophy bull.

I dont care if a wild elk is shot out of a hayfield or in the bottom of some hell hole in the middle of the Bob Marshall, 400 inches of antler is 400 inches of antler.
