Idaho Unit 55

Hello,
I purchased the OTC rifle tag for Idaho unit 55. Does anyone know if this unit is best at the beginning of October or end? I just want to get started and arrange some scout trips etc. Im not asking for anyones spots. I also have good knowledge of AZ and Utah so if anyone wishes to trade some info let me know. Thanks

Not aware of a general rifle tag for 55. You mean archery?

Nope I screwed up and thought it was a rifle tag. Hopefully Idaho will let me trade it for a unit 73a or 74 otc rifle

If you say OTC tag for unit 55, you would have a South Hills zone tag would guess A tag. you can hunt elk with any weapon in unit 46 but it has to be within 1 mile of private ag land.
