I’m starting to get a little worried about the unit I want to hunt and the arrival of spring. I’m only available the first week of May and I feel there’s going to be more snow that grass, since I’m looking at 8,500’ of higher.

Most everything above 4500 ft will still have snow then. July 1st is when most of the 5 to 6000 foot passes open.
