One day away everybody can't wait to get off work tomorrow and head for the turkey grounds, been waiting a long time for this unit 38 tag hoping to get in the blind tomorrow night and see if I can't introduce a big Tom to a gold tip kinetic pierce platinum

Are tags hard to come by up there or is it a different breed everyone is after?

Yeah the 38 tag is pretty tough to get drawn for, off the top of my head I wanna say like 7 percent chance this year of getting draw, but still some awesome general tag areas

Man that is pretty low for a turkey, may I ask what is so different from 38 than other units? I guess I take it for granted I can almost get a turkey tag every year if I want one here. Same with swan I see people waiting a few years to get a tag and I have never been turned down for one.

38 is in an agricultural area, near Boise metro population.

I drew that a while ago and killed a bird on Fort Boise. Fun area.
