I don’t know how many people were trying for a Idaho non-resident elk tag or second otc tag today but 468 went in about 5 minutes. I started the process as soon as they popped up as available and it took me two minutes. By 15 after the returned tag website already had a statement saying they were all gone.
Both me and my buddy got tags but it feels like we were down to the wire. I immediately went to see if it would allow me to buy a second tag (not intention of completing the purchase-just seeing if they were available) and they were gone. I’m excited now. It’s hard to get pumped without a tag.
