Idaho asking for comments on 10j rule

We need as many sportsman as possible to give a thoughtful response to Idaho's request to enact the 10j rule to remove wolves from the Lolo zone. The elk are in the tank over there, and it's a tough place to kill wolves. Idaho needs our help.
