Idaho archery changes??

I just read on idahoarchery.com that commisioners have proposed a change that now you can use up to 85% let-off and arrows as light as 300 grs in idaho. Has anyone else heard of it or am I last to know.....is it still just proposed or did it get changed?

It is a go, these changes got approved at the commission meeting in early January. There are a couple other archery changes (like arrows have to be at least 24"), but the let off and the arrow weight were the bigger deal.
