With Montana upland season at a close, I figured I would try my hand at Chukars for the first time. My primary motivation is to get 1 year old GSP on some wild birds. Being located in SW MT, I figured I would have to commit to a 4-5 hour drive. Would anyone be so kind to share any tips or a general area that might be worth checking out ?

Good luck, it's a different kind of fun that takes some getting used to for many people.

Kinda thinking about a Hell's Canyon run on Saturday. I have no dog and no experience. That means I don't anyone watching.
