They say that all good things must end...and so it is with my long Holiday vacation. The way the holidays fell in conjunction with my normal days off at the plant, I ended up getting 17 days away from the rat-race for the price of 5 days of vacation. You can't beat that with a big stick!
Monday will mean starting inventory of the tools and re-ordering everything that is missing or damaged beyond repair. At least there should be some new money in the budget.
One of the highlights of the time off was being directed to this site and great group of people. It should keep me busy for a long time just reading posts. That is, if I can remain focused on "reading" and not finding something that strikes my fancy and posting to it!
I mean, I've made about 20 some odd posts in the past 3 days...probably a bit excessive.
I didn't want anyone to think I had lost interest, when I start my normal routine Monday. Far from it! I will continue to read as time permits, but you may get a bit of a reprise on the postings until weekends.
I am impressed with the site and quality of people I've met. Moosie, I will get back to you as soon as possible about becoming a supporting member. You've got a good thing here!
