I Need To Pay Better Attention

WHY ME ?

Was annealing the cases for me 338-06 AI and burnt my thumb (could live with that, it was small, and I seldom leave from such an activity "unscathed"),
BUT THEN I burnt the living "#@%*&!" out of my finger :BLEEP:!!
(that's gonna leave a mark at least in wasn't my trigger finger!)

Get a small pan, fill with about 1/2" of water, set the cases up in it, heat the cases and tip into the water... No burned fingers, no heat transfer to the head.
