Hunting season is open!!

I just spent the last 5 days hunting blue grouse with a friend Dell. We took Gretta and his two dogs Maggie and Esther.
My son came up on friday to hunt Sat and Sun. We shot 44 grouse in the 5 days. It was a blast! here are some pictures.

I got back from the kaibab in Az. I shot 6 blue grouse and saw 29 total. I doubled my lifetime AZ blue grouse score from 3 to 9. It was the most grouse I have seen in my life. I will remember this for a longtime, Good Luck, JLG.

Thats great We've done great this year too. I don't keep score but I think I shoot like ten shot per bird,it's not the gitten it's the shooten

We still have a few weeks until chukar opens.....its gonna be a great year. There are birds everywhere!
