I've made a few of these before. Some I've actually followed through with and others I've majorly ignored to result in my own disappointment. What are some things you're gonna do or work on for the 2014 season?

Here are mine:
Lose weight...I did P90X couple years ago and it worked but a person falls into bad, familiar habits. I get around in the field pretty well but I know I can do better.
Scout more...spend more time behind glass as well as looking at maps
Schedule time for hunting...especially block out Sept to all distractions the best I can and have my gear ready for every available momement.
Shoot more at varying distances
Start applying for different states (my budget will likely limit options to rifle antelope)

Probably the most important of all my New Year's resolutions is to quit sneaking cigarettes from friends. It's a lot harder to resist than a person thinks.

I want to participate in another Spartan Race but my doctor advises against it because I did some damage to my ankle that took some healing.

For the umpteenth time I need to get into better shape. I am tired of having multiple heart attacks per year whenever I try to walk up a hill. I can usually get where I want to, would just be nice to get there a little quicker.

Get retired by August so I can do it right for a change instead of trying to fit everything into one week (sad) of vaca saved for hunting.

I quit smoking and cut down drinking thanksgiving. Also started working out in the fitness center an hour and half everyday. Better get in shape before I draw that tag for the mountians.
