I gave up on Oregon a few years ago it wasn't worth chasing preference points for the hunt quality. I only had 4 points per species and figured I'd try elsewhere. I can see how it may be nice to pay somebody to predict point creep but its not hard to see the trend If you look.
Good thing the fishing is good or I bet they would have a hard time funding odfw. I'm sorry but that agency has done a poor job imo.
