Can anyone tell me the weight of a long action Howa barreled action with a sporter-contour barrel? Preferably someone who has actually weighed theirs on a scale? Thanks!

I can't weigh one, but I do know that Brownells posts the weights on their website. I would guess that someone here can confirm them though.
Until someone with a long action chimes in below is for a short action.
On my postal scale: 4 lbs 13.4 ounces for a SS short action with trigger, 22 inch sporter barrel (6.5 CM) (threaded with cap on), bottom metal and action screws - everything but the stock. According to Howa, the long actions weigh 2.1 oz more than the short. This ought to get you pretty close to whatever it you are trying to determine.
