How to use the Garmin 655t

Is there an easy way to export a Google earth"path" to your Garmin ? Or Visa Versa? I have a couple of Rino's but no clue how to use them. Figure I'd ask here and hit the Net and start googling it too :=)

I think you might need the paid version of google earth to import tracks.
