How do get the little pictures on the bottom of your posts?

Do you have to have the picture on a website and link to it? I found a cool little animated .gif of a dancing pygmy complete with a bone in his nose!

Hey short naked guy. You eather have to have web space on a server, or have somebody host
the picture on their web space. Once on a server. the instuctions for posting the picture is in the faq of the site. If you want to use it as a signature, there is a
spot in your user profile page to put a link.
