What do Montanans with horses do when the temperature gets "balmy" in the middle of January? We saddle up and head for trails with no snow, like along the Madison River.
Nice, I used to have horses but my wife was never really comfortable around them. So after my daughter
grew up and moved away I had no riding partner. It became too expensive to feed 3 horses and not use them.
