Does anyone have any experience on a good place to line up some hog hunting in the Napa Valley. Need to take the girlfriend on a vacation and want to slip in some hunting. Any advice on a great place to stay and/or an outfitter would be awesome.

Get area, but I'd recommend the Healdsburg area! Search hog hunting.

You bet, I had a club on the Healdsburg side out behind Warm Springs dam. It's really good hog hunting area, and you're still in the wine country! Archery or rifle hunting?

Not sure. Might be a pretty quick trip so rifle might be the best choice. Would love to hunt with the bow though.

There is alot of private, and the little public there is has few pigs. Without having a friend or relative to give you access you can reasonably expect to pay 500 bucks or so. It's been almost 10 years, but from what I recall, the pigs are either there or they are not. You'll know it when then are there. I hunted Sonoma county. Also, April was usually best.
