Very true...gaining sportsman numbers with people that intend to eat their kills is a great thing. Also as they convert from Vegan/Vegetarian to Hunters they may likely stop supporting PETA & HSUS. I don't imagine they'll participate in many limited drawings since they are hunting for food not anters/horns.
 
I am impressed by this. It is too bad that it took them so long to understand what some of us have known for a long time. I guess it is true that some can't be taught and they need to come to the realization on their own. The other possibility is that they are so desperate to be trendy that veganism isn't hip enough anymore.

Either way good for them.

I was starting to think I might be one.

Then that last sentence jumped up and saved me from having to live the life of a ''Hipster''.:hump:
 
I think all people have a tipping point where the BS around us hits home. The desire to be connected to the natural world is something that those of us who were fortunate grew up around. However or whatever brings people to connect with nature and embrace hunting or fishing good on them.

Give them a warm welcome and be willing to help with pointers. We all have different paths in life but intersect with many along the way. Be an example of what sportsmen are about.
