Hey all,
If you care about bear hunting, or hunting in general, please feel free to share your two cents with the CA Dept of Fish and Wildlife this coming week. A few things on the agendas include duck hunting along public waterways and a petition by the HSUS to ban bear hunting in CA. There may be certain stereotypes about Californians and a misconception that this is “classic California” but these issues stem from anti hunting groups reaching for the low hanging fruit in CA to set a precedent to attack the hunting you care about in your state. We are fighting for our hunting in CA. Hunters are coming together to stand up to the aforementioned anti-hunting rhetoric in CA and would appreciate any and all support. As mentioned, the results of these meetings/decisions could effect the hunting in your state some day. Just takes 15 seconds on zoom to state your opposition at these meetings.
