Help! My fiancee claims to not like antelope meat anymore

The ground antelope in chili with some of your deer stew meat would be fantastic. I like the small chunks of meat in the chili, just something different with great flavor.

My wife was the same way with our first child. I opened a bottle of wine in the kitchen and she could smell it in the living room. If I could have afforded to take her to Italy we could gave made a fortune finding truffles.... Meatballs. Make them, brown well in olive oil and then finish cooking them in a basic red sauce. If you really want to get her then make lasagne using the sauce and put the meatballs in the middle layer. No way she won't like that!
