I walked past a cool one downtown, headed for King Ropes ! Wished I had more time to bump around town.

There are 3 breweries in Sheridan: Black Tooth, Smith Alley, and Luminous.

Should have let me know you were in town and I would have taken you out for a drink. Glad you had a good time.

King Ropes is a cool store.

We used to hit the Arctic Circle on the north side of town. It still there?

Arctic Circle is no longer there unfortunately! Extra fry sauce and a Lime Squeeze were always a part of my order!

I have bad news about that Just Ledoux It, it is only rectified in Wyoming, not distilled here. They age it just South of Laramie I believe.

I just wanted something with his image on it to bring home that was unique to my adventure.


I do like how they used his shadow pic from his album cover for the main sign on the entrance to the restaurant and on the labels

When I was getting a haircut before I went , told my barber where I was going he had me get him a bottle of whiskey for his bar also , I don’t have a pic of that one , it was a brown sugar bourbon, it had a different bronc ridding pic on it. Last bottle of the brown sugar they had. Gonna get one of the flavored whiskeys next trip down there

I’m In the middle of working 13 out of the next 14 days , today was my only day off , got word there was a rodeo in Sheridan Wy, didn’t take me long to figure out what to do with my one day of free time …… HE GONE !

Passed the Little Big Horn on my way to Sheridan, another place that’s on my to do list

1st stop was the Chris Ledoux restaurant in BIG HORN ,WY
Just south of SHERIDAN in addition to it being a restaurant they sell whiskey and spirits as well , I brought home some

You walk out the back of the store cross an ally and into the warehouse where they make the western stuff

There was a legendary husband and wife that made saddles for folks back in the day , they have there whole old work shop in the upstairs, this is for you tool and craftsmanship folks

Mint sucks. Nothing but poser cowboys and outta town wannabes. Beaver creek is the spot. Somewhat newly renovated rainbow is alright too
