Hadn't checked in on this site for quite some time. Lots of interesting reading.
Retiring full time work shortly and hope to have a lot more time on my hand for hunting and outdoor pursuits. Have hunted most of the western states and Alaska for most species, but last several years I seem to be falling back on the species that got me interested in big game hunting, whitetails. Can't hardly get enough of it and will be chasing these critters at home, in southern Illinois and eastern Kansas this year.
