BigFin himself has done it more than once. There are some restrictions that apply to choppers and fixed wing access, but it's doable in a lot of areas if you can find the right company that can legally do it and you have the money to do it.

I have found a company in CO that said they have done it before. I am waiting to here back from them. I am thinking otc tags would be fun . dont know yet

When I was a kid my uncle and his buddy built an ultra lite from a kit. Once the plane was built they flipped a coin and the winner got to fly it first. My uncle lost the coin toss. His buddy took off and flew the plane and a wing broke off and he crashed the plane and died in the crash.
